Since launching The Sporkful in 2010, creator and host Dan Pashman has developed a variety of extensions of the podcast -- a TV show, a book, merch, events, and most famously, the pasta shape cascatelli. But not all of these projects were hits. Some were total failures. In this special presentation Dan will share what he learned from the failures that enabled his success with cascatelli, and how those lessons have informed his latest project -- a new cookbook of nontraditional pasta sauces entitled Anything’s Pastable.
